Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OpinionRush website and service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OpinionRush.

2. Eligibility

To use OpinionRush, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of the United States.
  • You may only create and maintain one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and onboarding.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account on OpinionRush, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, date of birth, and demographic details requested during onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@opinionrush.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. How the Service Works

OpinionRush is a survey rewards platform. You earn virtual coins by completing surveys and other activities made available through the Service. Coins can be redeemed for cash via PayPal at a fixed rate of 1,000 coins = $10.00 USD. Coins have no cash value until they are successfully redeemed through a cashout request. Coins are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside of the OpinionRush platform. The coin rewards program is operated as a financial incentive under CCPA §1798.125(b); see the Financial Incentive Notice for material terms.

5. Coin Earnings & Pending Periods

All survey offers and activities have a confirmation period (typically 14 days) during which earned coins are held in a pending state. During this time, coins are not available for cashout. Coins may be reversed or removed from your account if the partner determines, at its sole discretion, not to pay for the survey due to quality concerns.

OpinionRush reserves the right to adjust coin balances to correct errors or respond to fraud at any time.

6. Cashout Rules

To request a cashout, you must have a minimum balance of 1,000 coins in your account. Cashouts are processed exclusively via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payments. Cashout requests are reviewed and processed manually by OpinionRush. Processing times may vary and OpinionRush does not guarantee any specific timeframe for payment.

OpinionRush reserves the right to reject or delay any cashout request that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, or suspicious account behavior.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human means to access the Service or complete surveys.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same person.
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to manipulate or disguise your geographic location.
  • Manipulating surveys by providing false, inconsistent, or randomized answers to earn coins without genuine participation.
  • Engaging in fraudulent referral activity, including self-referrals or referring fake accounts.
  • Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Violating any applicable law or regulation while using the Service.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

OpinionRush may, in its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all unredeemed coins in your account will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to any compensation for forfeited coins. OpinionRush is not obligated to provide advance notice of suspension or termination, though we may do so at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and branding — are the exclusive property of OpinionRush and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission from OpinionRush.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Surveys available through OpinionRush are provided by third-party survey providers and affiliate networks. OpinionRush does not control the content, availability, or quality of third-party surveys. We do not guarantee that any particular survey will be available, that you will qualify for any survey, or that you will earn any specific amount of coins or money through the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPINIONRUSH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OPINIONRUSH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO YOU BY OPINIONRUSH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Changes to Terms

OpinionRush reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
